Return Policy

Should it replace one or more items? You can request a refund or a size change. It is not possible to replace with other items, in which case a refund must be requested and a new order placed.

Return Instructions

    1. Request the return authorization by sending an email to online@shophappiness.com within 10 days from the receipt of the order. The e-mail must specify the name and surname of the order holder, the order number, the names of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size change or partial or total refund.
      The refund is made by crediting the card with which the purchase was made. If the customer has chosen to pay cash on delivery, he will have to provide us with an IBAN number on which to make a refund transfer.
    1. Once the return has been authorized, contact the BRT courier in your area and make an appointment for a collection (you can find the contacts at the following link: https://www.brt.it/it/servizio-clienti/ricerca-filiale). The return of the garments must be received at the SHOPHAPPINESS.COM headquarters within 10 days from the written authorization to the customer by the Returns department.
    1. The return can be made free of charge from Italy with Bartolini courier using the return and return forms that will be sent at the time of authorization or at your own expense with any other shipping method by sending the products to:

  • NB: All returns that are not complete with an authorization number and that do not comply with the return rules will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a charge for the shipping costs in order to be collected again.
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
    • Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (Dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) that may be received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
    • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by SHOPHAPPINESS.COM, it is required to follow the same instructions above. SHOPHAPPINESS.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
    • Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.
    • All returned garments are inspected by SHOPHAPPINESS.COM and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. SHOPHAPPINESS.COM reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy.
    • SHOPHAPPINESS.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. The acceptance of these returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
    • Personalized items cannot be returned.
